Annual Bonfire at New Firepit

Saturday night we had our annual bonfire to burn our xmas tree. We burn our tree to kick off the good weather ahead. This year we got to use the semi-completed fire pit, instead of an area in the mud.

It was a fun night filled with friends, marshmallows, s'mores, and popping popcorn. Tim used the popcorn maker that his parents gave him. They use to use it when he was a kid, so he was excited to dust it off and use it. Next time we'll use less cornels though as it popped the lid off :)
