AC - turned on

Yep... it's that time of year..... hot sticky and yucky. Today it hit the 90's and we couldn't take it anymore. It's been cooling off nicely at night lately, but today it was so yucky that we decided to break down and test out that AC.
Unfortunately we had to level it first. The ground really settled in that corner and it was seriously off balance. The base is actually a chintzy hollow plastic thing, so we decided that it would be best to put boards underneath it. We would up using some extra pieces of the AdvanTech sub-flooring that use to cover the stairs to use.
After that, it was a simple flick of the switch and cool air was coming out of the vents. Within a matter of minutes it was already starting to feel cooler.
