found owner to Rt

Don just called.... he found the owner of the property to the Rt/back of ours. He lives right around the corner on Fix. Hopefully I can contact this man and he'd be willing to sell, though Don is not hopeful cause he says it looks like the only access on Alt into there. If he was to sell it to a development he might not want to sell it. All together this person owns about 15 acres.... I hope he wouldn't miss a tiny spot like area next to me, so I can buy it.
