CONSTRUCTION LOAN CLOSING DAY
Today Tim and I had gone downtown at the county clerks office to meet up with Jim @ noon to close on the construction loan. We met up with one of the lawyers from Robar and there at the county clerks, he had me sign all the paperwork for the closing. I get so amused at signing papers upon papers, upon papers. Ya think that one signature would be enough for everything. I could even deal with initialing things, but 20 signatures and I just have to laugh.
Anways.... Umpteen signatures later and we now have an official construction loan with 20% down for Barden.
