Garage Door

We now have a garage door. We also have a lock-box on the front door now, so no one can get in unless they have the code. And in the front, we now have our meter as well..... hmm.... I think that's going to be a perfect spot for a nice shrub. :)
The garage door coincidentally happens to be the same color as our siding. We both prefer when garages blend into the house, instead of being up front and center (which is one of the reasons we chose a side loading garage as well). And we just so happen to have chosen the one siding color that actually has a matching garage door color. We had a paintable boarder put around the door and we will be matching that to the black accents on the exterior, such as the window boarders, gray roof and others.
Also... for the first time, I actually had seen the back of the house, from a little distance. All this time there's been a huge dirt pile that I couldn't really get around. It's nice to finally see the house from every angle now.
